Contraindications:

Interactions:

ACCUPRIL may also interact with any of the following medicines:

• Diuretics
• Potassium-sparing diuretics, potassium supplements, or salt substitutes with potassium content.
• Tetracycline.
• Lithium.

You may not be able to start ACCUPRIL medication, or you may require a dosage adjustment or special monitoring if you are taking any of the medicines listed above.

Side effects:

ACCUPRIL side effects are usually mild and transient. Adverse reaction to therapy may include:

• Headache.
• Dizziness.
• Fatigue.
• Coughing.
• Nausea or vomiting.
• Abdominal pain.
• Chest pain.
• Hypotension.

If you develop allergic-type reactions, including swelling of the face, extremities, lips, tongue, glottis and/or larynx, stop taking ACCUPRIL and seek immediate medical attention.
